Our 2021 Judges
Jon Steiger is a Film, Tv, and theatre actor, who played Scorpius Malfoy in the original San Francisco production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” before the Covid-19 shut down. He has recently appeared in a web series called “Drew and Oren”; a spin-off of a web series called “Twelfth Grade or Whatever” in which he was a series regular several years ago.
A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (Company 2014-2015), some of Jon’s credits include “Skippyjon Jones; Snow What?!” (with Theatre Works USA), “Robin Hood the Musical” (Original work-shop production, written and directed by Douglas Carter Beane), “Fairycakes” (reading with Mathew Broderick and Julie White), and “Two Gentlemen of Verona” (Scranton Shakespeare Festival).
Evgeniya Radilova is an internationally award winning actress and filmmaker. Her first music video, "True Paradise" was accepted in 8 festivals, and won three of them for Best Music Video: "Winter Film Awards", "LA Cinema Festival of Hollywood" and "Miami Film Festival". After the success at her debut as a director, she co-founded "iDareProductions", where she has been producing, writing and directing for the past few years!
She wrote, produced and directed two short films. "Patrik" which was accepted in 19 festivals around the world and won 9 of them, and Evgeniya was featured as one of the best filmmakers In "The Spotlight" for 2019. She also, wrote, produced and directed her second film "El Cavil", which is in festival season right now. She is currently in production of a pilot she is co-producing and starring in called "Lost Cos", with director Robin De Levite (3 Tony Awards, Lawrence Olivier, etc.) Her second music video premiered in November 2019 called "Nothing Changed for Me" by Rada Angelova. Evgeniya also is co-producing and co-directing a film called "Then and Now”, and directed a short called The Burden, all coming out in 2019.
She is in preproduction of the first feature film she is co-directing and co-producing with Michael Tosner called "Bacon", this coming fall.
A film she directed called "My Relationship With The Moon" won the "Special Recognition Award" at the "Cayanne Film Festival".
She also became a proud lifetime member of the Playwrights Directors Unit at The Actors Studio.
Evgeniya is a proud judge for Last Shot Film Festival for a second year.
Rob L Hubbard
Rob L Hubbard is an on set Sound Mixer for TV and Film as well as an award winning Sound Designer.
Rob has two decades of experience in sound and over 100+ Film/TV credits on IMDB ranging from "Awkwafina is Nora from Queens", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows", "The Dead Don't Die", "Younger", "America's Got Talent" and "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt". He hopes to adopt a cat soon from the ASPCA and is single.
Katharine Scarborough is an award-winning New York City based actress and writer.
She received her MFA in Acting from the New School for Drama, and trained with the Moscow Art Theater and The People's Improv Theater.
She held an Artist Residency with Mabou Mines where, under the mentorship of JoAnne Akalaitis, she developed her show 'Myth Keeper', which she then produced in Residency at the Brick Theater in Williamsburg. She is Associate Artistic Director of Asterism Theater Company and recently launched her award-winning original web series, Big Girl, with Brazen NYC.

Charlie Norton is a cinematographer, director and editor based out of the New York Tri-State and New England areas. He is originally from Bridgewater, MA and is the creative director of Flying Card Productions. Charlie currently studies at Hofstra University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree for film studies and production.
Charlie has a wide-range of knowledge in film and television production that is way beyond his years. He has worked on several projects, corporate, independent and self made, fulfilling multiple positions on crew above and below the production line. On set, Charlie is an effective asset in the Camera Department as a director of photography, first or second assistant camera. He also has experience in the grip and electric department and is as a reliable production assistant.
When Charlie is not on the field, he is usually at the books focusing on his education or hard at work writing and editing his next project. Charlie is also an active judge at the Boston Screaming Ostrich Film Festival and a former member of the Rhode Island International Film Festival Youth Jury Committee. In his spare time, Charlie plays sports like ice hockey and track and keeps his mind active listening to music and meditating.
